The Children in Crisis Team is a dedicated group of professionals focused on supporting and uplifting children facing significant challenges in their neighborhood. Through their unwavering dedication and holistic approach, the Children in Crisis Team plays a pivotal role in transforming their neighborhood into a supportive haven where every child has the opportunity to succeed and flourish.
Kevin Maloney
President & CEO
Kevin retired from the USAF in 2004 and has enjoyed a second career working with Community Based Care (CBC) Lead Agencies in Central Florida. Kevin served as the Director of Information Technology and General Services and Director of Operations for the Lead Agency in Circuit 5. He served as Sr. Executive of Strategy, and Sr. Executive of Data Analytics and Information Technology for the Lead Agency in Circuit 18. Kevin served as the Chairman of the Board for the Child Advocacy Center (Jessie’s Place) in Citrus County. Kevin received his Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and his Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Troy University. He holds a Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt.

- Hiring two people, a couple for Relief Parents
- One relief room provided per couple
- You will have full access to all the amenities of the neighborhood.
- 1 adult per 6 children
Requirements
- Must pass a level 2 FBI/FDLE background screening
- Must have good communication skills
- Attend Quality Parenting Training classes (hosted by your supervisor)
- Complete CPR courses, if you are not CPR Certified
